Before You Begin Your IBC Application
Before using MyIBC to complete an IBC application, you must complete the CITI NIH Guidelines training module and then wait up to 72 hours for your training information to transfer to the review system.
- After your training information transfers, select “Create Safety Submission” to begin your application.
- Important: Applications in the “Pre-Submission” state have not been submitted.
